DOSAGE:

Adults: Take 1 – 2 capsule/s up to 3 times daily. Take at least 2 hours before or after supplements or medication, or as prescribed by a healthcare provider.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store at or below 25 °C in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
